   • 7:08: Re-Codification Draft Update

     General Discussion...
     Discussion regarding formatting and proof-reading of Protective Zoning Bylaw recodification draft. Proposal to assign portions of bylaw document to each board member for proof-reading within a week from present (03/06).
     Discussion regarding a proposal presented by the Town Coordinator for a new general town bylaw article to allow non-substantive editorial formatting changes to zoning bylaws to be made by the Town Clerk, without the need for a public hearing.

     MOTION, moved by Jonathan Lagreze, seconded by Betsy Corner: To accept the latest draft of the Town Of Colrain, MA Protective Zoning Bylaw including any pending proof-reading adjustments as necessary.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Sara Wik.

   • 7:45: Recreational Marijuana - Review and Approve Draft Bylaws and Public Hearing Notice.

     General Discussion...
     Discussion regarding latest draft of Marijuana Bylaw (2-28-29) provided by FRCOG. Minor adjustments proposed and approved as a new draft (3-6-19) for discussion and motion to approve.

     MOTION, moved by Robert Slowinski, seconded by Jonathan Lagreze: To submit the latest draft of the Marijuana Bylaw as appears in the attached document, labeled 3-6-19, and the draft of the Public Hearing Notice to town council for review prior to the next Planning Board meeting on 4-3-19.

     Pass: Aye: Betsy Corner, Jack Cavolick, Jonathan Lagreze, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Sara Wik.
