Special Town Meeting Warrant
Fiscal Year 2021
FRANKLIN SS:
To either of the Constables of the Town of Colrain in the County of Franklin.
GREETINGS:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of said town, qualified to vote on town affairs, to meet at The Colrain Elementary School, located at 22 Jacksonville Road at 6:00 PM in said town on Thursday, the seventeenth in December next, in the year two thousand twenty, there and then to act on the following article:
ARTICLE #1. To see if the Town will vote to transfer $4,848 from the Fire Department Stabilization Account to pay a bill from the previous fiscal year (the bill is for services rendered in fiscal year 2020 for building repairs at the Fire Station) or take any action relative thereto.
ARTICLE #2. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Police Department Stabilization Account $32,195 to pay for radio system upgrades or take any action relative thereto.
Hereof, fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the town clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
