   • 6:05PM: Special Permit & Site Plan Review - MA Cultivators to replace Wellman Farms at Existing Location

     MOTION, moved by Gregory Olchowski, seconded by Loren Feinstein: To accept the Special Permit and Site Plan Review as written.

     Pass: Aye: Marybeth Chichester, Gregory Olchowski, Sara Wik, Ben Eastman, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Robert Slowinski.

2. Old Business

   • 6:45 PM: Short Term Rentals/Bed and Breakfast Discussion - Continuation of Discussion

     MOTION, moved by Gregory Olchowski, seconded by Sara Wik: That we authorize the chairman to take any action necessary to provide information and outreach to the public regarding the Short Term Rental public hearing to be held at the following regular planning board meeting on Dec 1st.

     Pass: Aye: Marybeth Chichester, Gregory Olchowski, Sara Wik, Ben Eastman, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Robert Slowinski.

     MOTION, moved by Gregory Olchowski, seconded by Loren Feinstein: To allow Sara Wik to make changes to the Short Term Rental outreach informational flyer and distribute it as necessary without further board approval.

     Pass: Aye: Marybeth Chichester, Gregory Olchowski, Sara Wik, Ben Eastman, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Robert Slowinski.
