   • 6:00PM: Review Application Packet from Stowe

     General Discussion...
     Alice noted the need for the applicants to also address the deed and lot descriptions for assessing purposes with proper binding on new lots together in deed, if possible, at the point of sale.

     MOTION, moved by Sara Wik, seconded by David Greenberg: Motion to accept the application for amendment of definitive plan of a subdivision.

     Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Marybeth Chichester, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein.

     MOTION, moved by David Greenberg, seconded by Sara Wik: To accept the new amended Flood Plain Bylaw and bring it to a town meeting or special town meeting for a vote.
