1. Old Business

   • 6:05 PM: Solar Committee Update

     General Discussion...
     Big draft plan is nearing final stages of prep, and Marybeth will present it to the Planning Board, including a preliminary action plan, 2 weeks prior to next scheduled meeting for review and discussion at the next meeting. If it is not ready in time, review will be postponed until the following meeting.
     
     The plan may then be presented to the Colrain Energy Committee for review.
     
     Then there will be a community forum for outreach and input from townspeople.

   • 6:15 PM: Community Preservation Act presentation - Continued Discussion

     General Discussion...
     The CPA Committee gave a detailed presentation of the possibilities and structure of participation in the Community Preservation Act. They will continue to do outreach and more research before taking next actions. They are still looking for more townspeople to volunteer for the CPA Committee.

   • 6:30: PB Procedular Rules & Regulations - Continued Discussion

     General Discussion...
     The Planning Board members will review the research and relevant information in the shared Planning Board folder for discussion and review at the next meeting. There was interest expressed in having Alice Wozniak be a part of this, because it will impact many things that she will be part of procedurally.
