1. Old Business

   • 6:05PM: PB Procedural Rules & Regulations - Continued Discussion

     General Discussion...
     After discussion and input from Alice, there is an intention to prioritize creating citizen informational guides to accompany applications (e.g. ANR), instead of creating any PB Rules and Regulations document.
     
     There is a desire also at a lower priority to also create a non-binding manual/guide to assist with new member training, as well as clarifications of PB member roles and PB procedures.

   • 6:57 PM: Master Plan - Next Steps

     General Discussion...
     David asked if the PB should contact FRCOG to assist or suggest actions that might help move this forward despite lack of volunteers or demonstrated broad interest in addressing the Master Plan.
     
     It is generally agreed that tons of input is needed for this plan to take shape, and how to approach that is a main question. Community forums. Remote forums? Perhaps outreach at town meeting? Perhaps a dedicated website? Direct Mail?
     
     Perhaps tackling this section by section instead of as a whole.
