     Jessica Atwood presented possible resources, both within FRCOG and beyond, including many grant sources that could be applied for to assist with the creation of a steering committee and master plan.

     MOTION, moved by David Greenberg, seconded by Sara Wik: To authorize the PB Chair to draft up a public hearing notice and, pending any revision, submit it for publication for the public hearing on the solar bylaw revision.

     Pass: Aye: Gregory Olchowski, Marybeth Chichester, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein, David Greenberg, Sara Wik.
