     MOTION, moved by Robert Slowinski, seconded by Sara Wik: Moved to not act on the right of first refusal.

   • 6:35 PM: Master Plan Update - Potential Visit from Diana (New Town Administrator)

     General Discussion...
     Diana offered her support and experience developing the town's master plan. She suggested working on chapters in order of importance to the community. She also discussed the importance of seeking proper funding, and investigating options for consulting services beyond FRCOG. An action item might be to ask the Select Board to appoint an 8-12+ person Master Plan Steering Committee.
