1. New Business

   • 6:05PM: Call Road Cell Tower - Site Plan Review Application

     General Discussion...
     The PB just wants to make sure that town emergency services are allotted a rent-free space for emergency communications needs at any point now or in the future. Otherwise, we are awaiting additional supporting documentation.

2. Old Business

   • 6:15PM: Select Board Meeting Items Follow-Up - ADU Updates, Master Plan

     General Discussion...
     Johnathan Lagreze expressed his excitement for some movement on the updating of the master plan, and stated he would be interested in participating in the process or on a committee. Bobby gave an update on the current state of affairs, which is still awaiting funding for outreach and the Select Board guidance. Master Plan discussion will be tabled indefinitely, pending outside input or guidance.
     
     The PB has decided to allow the ADU law and enactment to settle for some time before we address any changes in our town bylaws to make sure they are in agreement and not conflicting with the new state regulations, if necessary.
