1. New Business

   • 6:05 PM: Site Plan Review & Special Permit application - Discuss balloon test and ask the applicant when this will take place. Schedule the SPR & SP for April 1, 2025. Review the application and look at doing site visits individually or as a group prior to the hearings.

     MOTION, moved by Gregory Olchowski, seconded by Laurie Francis: To contact the applicant to inform them that the planning board requests that the balloon test be completed within 7 days of the hearing in order for resulting data to be available for discussion at the tentatively scheduled 04/01/2025 hearing date.

     Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski. Not Present: Loren Feinstein.
