     MOTION, moved by Sara Wik, seconded by David Greenberg: to allow the requested continuance.

     Pass: Aye: Loren Feinstein, David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Robert Slowinski. Not Present: Gregory Olchowski, Laurie Francis.

     MOTION, moved by Robert Slowinski, seconded by Sara Wik: to not hold a Planning Board meeting in July, and to resume regularly scheduled meetings on August 6th.
