1. Old Business

   • 6:05 PM: Public Hearing - Tarpon Towers III, LLC - 0 Call Rd - Continuance from November 5th Public Hearing

     MOTION, moved by Loren Feinstein, seconded by Sara Wik: To allow continuance. .

     Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Gregory Olchowski.

     There was some discussion about the extended timeframe of this and the multiple continuances granted for this hearing.

   • 6:15 PM: Request from Zoning Board to Review Setbacks - Follow Up Agenda Item

     MOTION, moved by David Greenberg, seconded by Sara Wik: To amend the setback requirements in the zoning bylaws to be 25’ for all sides and front, and to amend the frontage requirement to 200’. .

     Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski. Abstain: Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Gregory Olchowski.

2. New Business

   • 6:39: Regional Planning Board Nomination

     MOTION, moved by Sara Wik, seconded by David Greenberg: To nominate Loren Feinstein to represent Colrain on the Franklin County Regional Planning Board. .

     Pass: Aye: David Greenberg, Sara Wik, Laurie Francis, Robert Slowinski, Loren Feinstein. Not Present: Gregory Olchowski.
