[5:30] Approval of Past Minutes;
[5:32] Garage wall insulation: Mark Riel of CET will visit.
[5:33] GC Energy Reduction Plan options, Energia will submit proposal for the School.
[5:35]Fire Dept. -Insulation Upgrade; Work is proceeding

New Business:
[5:40] School air sealing-. CET and contractor Energia inspected the school on 12/23. Waiting for their proposal
[5:45]School Controls: Contractor CTC will visit the school during (February 2/18-2/21) to inspect existing control system before submitting a Proposal for a new system.
[6:00] Energy Manager Grant application; Status?
[6:15] Search for new grants, call Chris Mason
