In accordance with the provisions of Mass General Laws, Chapter 138, Section 15, the Select Board of the Town of Colrain will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 8:30 am at the Colrain Highway Garage (9 Jacksonville Rd, Colrain, MA) regarding the application for a Transfer of License, Change of Manager, Change of Officers/Directors/LLC Managers of the All Alcohol Package Store License from Catamount Country Store, Inc. (Manager: Michael Giard, Laurie Giard and Derek Giard) to Catamount Country Store, Inc. (Manager: Kathryn Giard) located at 113 Main Rd, Colrain, MA.
