2. 2 Coombs Hill Rd. [issue with egress, smoke detectors and no heat; Order to Correct issued February 13, 2025]
3. 6 Greenfield Rd. [Barn knocked down, but debris not picked up and in brook/culvert; Order to Correct issued for Housing Code violations-August 14, 2025; Housing Court hearing October 10^th; Title 5 on 12/6/25; update?]
4. 269 Heath Rd. [Letter sent, housing court in March 2025]
5. 116 Main Rd [Notice of Noncompliance sent; update, if any]

Title 5/septics:

1. 107 Adamsville Rd. [Condemned; new ownership & contact made with owner]
2. 257 Greenfield Rd. [Perc done September 9^th; repair to be done in 2026?]
3. 61 Heath Rd. [2025 campground permit with conditions, septic incomplete]
4. 162 S. Green River Rd. [Tight tank application submitted; install in 2026]

Debris/Trash/Misc:
