The Colrain Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at 7:15pm in the Old Town Offices 9 Jacksonville Rd., Colrain to consider the application by Patrick Greenburger to convert a single family home to a multi-family dwelling (4 units). The property is located at 1 Lyonsville Road, in Colrain, MA. A Site Plan Review is required under Sections III and XIII of the Zoning Bylaws. The full application may be viewed at the Colrain Town Office, 55 Main Road, Colrain, MA. during regular business hours. This is to give notice to the applicant, abutters and any interested parties.
