New Sustainable Purchasing Policy
The Select Board adopted the new policy on 1/13/2026.
The Sustainable Purchasing Policy replaces the Recycled Product Purchasing Policy that was adopted in July 2016. The new policy aims to assure the Town remains fiscally responsible when purchasing items, while promoting practices that minimize waste and environmental impacts. The policy outilines several objectives and the ways to meet them. The new policy can be viewed below.
