The following is a summary of the Colrain Broadband pricing and policies that were approved by the Select Board and MLP Board on August 3, 2020.

Billing
Paper bills are not an option. Customers will receive emailed invoices. Customers are required to use the electronic billing portal to make one-time payments or to set up Autopay. The only payment options are credit card and direct withdrawal from a checking account.
As of 10/17/2023, the monthly fees and taxes for phone service has increased $2.25, due to an upward adjustment in the Federal Universal & Regulatory fees and MA taxes. The Town of Colrain and Whip City have no control over these fees and taxes.
Refunds
Effective 3/26/2024, refunds less than $5.00 will not be processed by the MLP Board.
